It was used on The 2nd Avon Fantasy Reader, edited by Donald A. Wollheim and George Ernsberger, Avon, 1969, a collection from the earlier digest, with stories by Howard, Moore, Rohmer, and so on. The art directors cropped a lot of the painting to focus on the three main figures.
